Shipping Method
We ship items via EMS or FedEx, based on the item’s value and your preference. Items are dispatched promptly after payment confirmation.
For Domestic Orders (Sri Lanka)
Shipping charges, customs duty, and taxes will be paid by Lihiniya Gems, provided the article qualifies for free shipping.
Important for International Customers
Once your item reaches your country, any customs duties, VAT, or taxes are your responsibility. Lihiniya Gems is not liable for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees before placing your order.

Refund/Exchange Eligibility
We offer a full refund if the product received is proven not to match the description or certificate provided. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, accompanied by:
- The original certificate, receipt, and guarantee card.
- A testing report from a recognized authority (e.g., GIA, GRS, GEM-A, Assay Office) if applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items delayed due to courier issues or customs clearance.
- Custom orders or items made to your specifications.
- Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
